1. What countries do you ship to?

We can ship worldwide. Le Balafon is proud to offer international shipping to bring our products to customers around the globe.

Once your payment has been authorized and verified, we will begin processing your order. This process typically takes 2 to 4 business days, so please be patient with us while we carefully prepare your items.

Delivery Time:

Shipping carriers have implemented social distancing policies. This means that, at the time of delivery, you will no longer be asked to sign an electronic device, and their staff will not physically hand you the package.

Estimated delivery times by region:

  • United Kingdom: 5 to 10 business days
  • Europe: 7 to 14 business days
  • North America: 10 to 21 business days
  • Rest of the world: 14 to 28 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times only. You may receive your package sooner. Delivery times may be affected by customs clearance, peak seasons, or unforeseen circumstances.
